Return & Exchange Policy
At PARIS PEAK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund upon request
- Exchange only 1 time per order and after exchange no return.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, Fill the form :
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a defective or wrong item? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
