All orders are processed within 3–4business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Note: During high-volume periods (sales or new drops), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to customers nationwide
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PARIS PEAK is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier-related issues
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely)
